At Idaho Legal Solutions we handle both commercial and consumer litigation involving collection. Our services include both the pre-judgment and post-judgment collection efforts of creditors. We strive to obtain the maximum allowable recovery for our clients.

Although we do not practice bankruptcy law, we help our consumer clients work out resolutions to debt problems, including "global" resolutions of all of the borrower's debt with all creditors. Often, the client can get the "fresh start" that a bankruptcy promises without having to file a bankruptcy.
